Early Learning Programs

At Jack & Jill Early Learning, we believe in giving our children the best start in life by providing them with the intentionally designed, play based educational opportunities to develop their minds at this crucial stage of life.  Our curriculum (created by our in-house Early Childhood Teacher) is based on the Early Years Learning Framework, which fundamentally characterises children's lives into belonging, being and becoming.

This Framework is built into our curriculum and applied to our monthly themes.  Our educators create daily classes to explore an aspect of the theme through guided and open-ended activities across a variety of subject matters and experiences. These explorations incite curiosity and develop proficiencies in cognitive thinking, language development, social and emotional skills, practical life skills, and fine and gross motor skills.

Research shows, 90% of a child's brain development occurs before the age of five and with this in mind we have carefully developed our curriculum to make the most of these imperative learning years.

Childcare for babies 6 wks - 18 mths

Our babies room ​is home to children of six weeks to 2 years. Our babies are nurtured by experienced educators, some of which have been at Jack & Jill for over 15 years. Our babies have the opportunity to partake in age appropriate play based activities to enhance their fine and gross motor skills whilst maintaining their age appropriate routine. At the age of 18 months to two years we begin their slow transition across to the toddlers room. 

Child care for 2 -5 year olds

Our two to five year old children are housed under the same roof allowing children to explore and play with a range of children. Our 2 - 5 year olds engage in activities where their individual ideas and imaginations are valued and respected. Our educators encourage curiosity and align their teachings with key learning milestones. Our Curriculum nurtures each child’s potential by guiding deeper learning through curiosity and play.

Three year old & four year old kindy

Our three and four year old children take part in our Curriculum created by a qualified Early Learning Teacher.
